Quinceañera Day of Package

(Day of Coordination) prices begin at $800

How will everything for your party come together on the day? Will your family be able to enjoy themselves if they are busy prepping food, setting up, etc? We can take care of all of the event day preparations so you and your family can relax and enjoy the party. On the event date we will arrive as early as needed at the ceremony and reception venues to set up all decorations and ensure vendors are on time and have everything they need. Throughout the event we will manage anything that comes up including restocking food, cleaning up trash, and helping guests with anything they need. At the end of the night you and your family can depart knowing that we will ensure everything is cleaned up and all your belongings and gifts are returned to you. In addition to the day of duties we will also help you create a timeline for your event and provide vendor recommendations. Our goal is to let you and your family have the best time possible at your Quinceañera without having to worry about anything.
