When Christy and Al started planning their wedding they knew they didn't want the traditional big day. Pretty early on they decided this day would not be just a wedding, but WedFest. A day to encompass their love for each other, the beauty of the Sierra Nevada Mountains they call home, eclectic music, and most of all their friends and family.
West End Beach at Donner Lake just 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe was the perfect setting for their all day music and love fest. The ceremony took place looking out toward the serene lake and was followed by a private jaunt around the lake on the couples boat.
Three bands played throughout the day while guests chowed down on the make your own taco buffet, BBQ, and cupcakes.
For years to come, Christy and Al will see their personalized WedFest cups in the hands of their friends and family and remember this wonderful fantasy day. This wedding truly was one of a kind and just what the couple wanted. Fun, fun, fun!
