1 Month til the wedding, anti freak out list.

As the wedding date approaches it is completely natural to feel anxiety ridden. Here is a last minute wedding checklist of things you absolutely must have done 4 weeks before your wedding. It may seem like a short list, but if you have these done, you are in good shape.
  1. All vendors booked and confirmed. Check in with everyone to confirm arrival times and final payment due dates.
  2. Invitations sent. It is best to send invitations 2-3 months in advance, but the courtesy of a months notice is a must.
  3. Wedding dress in hand. If your dress has not arrived, figure out why.
Take a deep breath. Take comfort in the fact that the major things are taken care of and all you should worry about is looking beautiful and having fun. Even if you do nothing else, your wedding will proceed and you and your guest will have a good time.

Below is a list of things you should be focusing on the month before the big day.
  1. Dress fittings. It is best to have the final fitting roughly a week before the wedding to ensure everything is perfect for the big day.
  2. Scheduling and attending all beauty appointments. Grooms hair cut 1-2 weeks before, mani pedis the day before, hair and makeup the day of.
  3. Assign someone to take care of wedding day errands if you are not using a day of wedding coordinator. Bring marriage license, distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors, take gifts at the end of the night.
  4. Purchasing accessories. Ring bearer pillow, guest book, escort cards, guest favors, etc.
Try to relax and enjoy the last couple weeks as an unmarried person and remember that the most important thing is that you are marrying the love of your life.
