Do you want to plan your own wedding, but need some direction? How about some extra hands to help tie bows on favors or address invitations? This is the right package for you. We will help guide you throughout your planning process with specialized vendor recommendations, budget management, and decor advisement. Then we will coordinate the big day so you and your family can relax and enjoy.


  • Meet with you by phone, video, or in person to gain a clear perspective of your vision, goals, and requirements for your wedding day
  • Create a list of To Dos and distribute via email at appropriate intervals
  • Ongoing advice and consultations as needed via email, telephone and in person
  • Develop a budget to include estimated costs for all wedding needs
  • Ensure all vendor selections are noted on your budget, track deposits and payments, and keep you informed regarding payment due dates
  • Provide information on preferred vendors that fit within budget and are available for your wedding date
  • Review and confirm vendor contracts
  • Attend vendor meetings and tastings, if needed
  • Meet at both the ceremony and reception sites to discuss your plans for your wedding day
  • Contact guests who have not responded to the invitations to get an accurate headcount
  • Develop a detailed, wedding day itinerary to assure your wedding day runs smoothly
  • Finalize layout for wedding ceremony and reception sites
  • Create a plan “B”, in case of bad weather when possible
  • Contact all of your vendors to confirm delivery dates, times, and locations
  • Develop a vendor set-up schedule as part of the wedding day itinerary and distribute to all vendors
  • Collect all personal items/d├ęcor at rehearsal for the day of the wedding
  • Supervise all vendor set-up and clean up
  • Manage the wedding rehearsal to ensure all participants understand their responsibilities and are aware of the flow of the ceremony
  • Organize the processional and recessional
  • Ensure the gift, place card and cake tables are placed in their appropriate locations
  • Place favors, table numbers, and any other miscellaneous items on guest tables
  • Coordinate with person responsible for collection gifts
  • Onsite management from start to finish
  • Pin boutonnieres and corsages
  • Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to vendors
